Imaging Clinical Trials.
Though much is written on the subject of Clinical Trials, this Wiki is a unique resource for imaging professionals who need more than just superficial familiarity with design and conduct of clinical trials. This resource distills the key modules of a remarkable mentoring program conducted for the past several years by the RSNA and NCI for a limited number of selected young imaging faculty members who wish to become polished clinical trialists.

Abbreviations and Definitions
RR (Response Rate) represents data that implies an attenuation of the amount of tumor burden realtive to the degree present at baseline and can include either reduced symptoms or shrinkage of measured tumor size.
ORR (Objective Response Rate)in solid tumors represents measurable reduction in the dimension of target tumor masses when depicted on imaging
